faculty 通过学校申绿卡，如果没申完就换工作的话，申请可以 transfer 到新的雇主
么？
如果申请因为换工作终止，对以后的申请有影响么？

拿到绿卡后180内离开 you will lost your permannent resident status.

Yes, it is safer if you can change job 180 days after got GC. Search this

change job without affecting GC is Only protected after "I-485 pending for
180 days and remain pending", protected by AC21 literally.
All other situations do not apply and officer can decide on his own (based
on your intent and his common sense).
