touch up比全部重刷容易一点，但是touch up的质量不好保证，俺最后只好又重刷一遍

如果是白漆，touchup是不是不容易看出来？

Yes, I did this way.
1. Paint white
2. Cut pieces
3. Nail
4. Fill in nail holes, baseboard-baseboard joints, and baseboard-wall
cresces with white all-purpose spackling
5. NO need to paint for most nail holes, after the spackling dry up, you
will not notice anything
6. I only painted a little bit over baseboard-baseboard joints.

it is not a bit easier. It is much more easier
For your case, because you have painted it once, so it is not difficult to
paint another layer.
If no paint at all when you install baseboard, it is quite labor intensive
and messy.

可能以前没有刷过， 这搞得很不好， 不管怎么弄， 都是一道道刷子印。 后来是这
么搞的，
先刷一遍， 不管印子。 然后， 把油漆兑水， 弄的很稀薄， 这么再上一层， 就好
看多了。

道理是， 当油漆在正常浓度的时候， 刷上去后，表面很快固化， 而那时还来不及整
个刷好， 刷子必然要再次刷过， 这样就破坏了原有的表面， 形成刷印。
而稀释以后， 表面能够维持很久不固化， 这样， 整块板子刷好了后， 通过表面张力
的作用， 油漆能够在固化之前自然平滑。

What's the difference between this thing and painter's caulk, which is also
white? You probably need 2 tubes for the entire house, at ~$5/ea.

正解。baseboard，molding我都是这么做的，完全看不出来。
