2 onsite interview 之后，收到内部recuriter 的来信，内容如下。这个工作是不是
应该拿到了?
Lisa shared positive feedback from your Friday lineup and I think she's just
waiting on comp to provide the range for the levels per market. I gave her
the data I collected from our first call so I'm sure she'll be going to bat
to get numbers approved as close to that as possible.
I'm cheering you on since I know you'd make a wonderful addition to the
platform team!

看中一个short sale的房子，这是我们的realor返回的信息：
The sellers currently have 5 offers at or above the list price. There are tw
o lenders which can really mess things up, too.Doesn't look good, but it see
ms to be a nice home.
这种short sale是不是就不要碰了？

如果你不急等着房子住，就跟他们耗着呗。反正就算他们approve了，你也可以不要。

俺下的offer有三个lender。不过，这三个lenders是Bank of america的三个不同的部
门。据说，是short-sale里最好办的。哈

是比较麻烦，我的也是两个lender，即使是pre-proved short sale.但两个lender还在
为怎么分钱扯皮，已经等三个星期了.
你这种做好6个月的准备。

this is a hard case and the % for you to be successfully close this is about
5 to 15%。 you can submit an offer, but don't count on it. the 2nd lien
holder will never say Yes unless you pay them off.

也不枉精粉一直拍你的马蹄。
上午可以造访一下整形医院，回来两头赚钱：去母蟑螂哪里做整形广告；带个整形失败
的标本回来卖给讲卫生的家庭。
