我用TD Ameritrade，遇到过两次partially filled order get cancelled later on，找
他们argue，他们告诉系统说我是我自己cancel的。nnd，系统是他们的，想怎么说怎么
说。
我知道这很wierd，可是我的确没有cance。
大家遇到过类似的情况吗？

I guess your orders were valid during that day only. If you do not want to
be canceled, you can specify "good till cancel".
If your "good-till-cancel" order is filled on two days, transaction fees
will be charged twice.

I use GTC + EXT hr order
Is it true that if GTC order is filled on two days, transaction fee will be
twice? I didn't ever know that
