想请问一下用paypal personal send money 为什么要charge我$50多块的费用。我以前
从来没有碰到这个问题。paypal不让我用instant transfer从我的checking account里
出钱，钱只能从credit card 或是echeck出。谢谢！

Dear Sir or Madam:
In June, 2001, the first year of my college education, the XX Department of
XX University recommended me for Communist Party Membership. I decided to
accept the invitation to join the Communist Party. I was awarded CP
membership because I had been one of the best students in my class
throughout my college life. In China, enrollment by CP is a reward for good
performance, as well as for excellence in extra-curricular activities and
helping other students. CP membership makes it easier for a fresh graduate
to get a good job in state-owned enterprises. So, in all my classmates'
minds, the recommendation for CP membership was not only recognition of
excellent performance, but also would be a big help for job hunting after
graduation. It was with the hope for a better job, that I accepted the
recommendation and joined the CP before I left the University.
I was never an active member of the Communist Party. I have no interest in
political activity in the party and never involved in any politically
related activities in the party. I never believed in any of the propaganda
the party advocated. I maintained the membership only by paying my
membership dues.
Once I came to XX University in November, 2009 to pursue my career
development and improvement of academic ability, I ceased paying my
membership dues and stopped contacting the party organization. According to
the Constitution of Chinese Communist Party, a party member who fails to pay
his/her membership dues for six successive months is regarded as having
given up membership. Therefore, my membership with the Communist Party has
been automatically terminated since May, 2010.

蛤蛤，大一看室友熬夜写入党申请书，我想反正也睡不着了，就找个个数学系的妹妹抄
，太长了，我抄了一整夜。。结果就是系别和姓名都原封不动的抄下来了，团支书在班
会上喊，谁抄的数学系某某的啊，蛤蛤蛤蛤。。。

根据我的经验，是拒人。
当时我也错过了，以为是offer，等我打回去以后，告诉我杯具了

多谢各位答复。问了下reference的朋友，没人给他们打过电话，所以估计不妙。
这是个Sr. Engineer III 的位置，感觉面的还行，可能人家要求更高吧。周五面试早
上recruiter说周一会联系我，还真是今天联系我了，职业生涯中倒是没见过比这反馈
更快的。留言最后说look forward to connecting (or contacting?) you，看看明天
怎么说吧。

我以前paypal收了钱就立马把钱转到bank acct里，就是怕被review后钱被hold住，现
在看来还是要放些钱在paypal帐上才行。

估计每个HR 有自己的习惯吧，我两个拒信都是留言，然后还说不share feedback。

我一开始也是，后来想通了，被paypal难为好过被IRS难为，银行大额转来转去更麻烦。
