大家好像都在刷算法题找后端的工作，很少见有人提前端的事情。最近找工作前后端的
职位都在投，我朋友跟我说前端不如后端工资高，所以上来问一下前端的工作跟后端比
发展如何，如果做了前端再往后端跳的话容易跳吗？提前谢谢大家啦。

A man in his 40's bought a new Volkswagen Eos and was out for a nice evening
drive. The top was down, the breeze was blowing through what was left of
his hair, and he decided to open her up.
As the needle jumped up to 90 mph, he suddenly saw flashing red and blue
lights behind him. "There's no way they can catch a Volkswagen Eos," he
thought to himself and opened her up further. The needle hit 100, 120....
then the reality of the situation hit him.
"What the hell am I doing?" he thought and pulled over.
The cop came up to him, took his license without a word, and examined it and
the car. "It's been a long day, this is the end of my shift, and it's
Friday the 13th. I don't feel like more paperwork, so if you can give me an
excuse for your driving that I haven't heard before, you can go."
The guy thinks for a second and says, "Last week my wife ran off with a cop.
I was afraid you were trying to give her back."
"Have a nice weekend," said the officer

而且应该说前端离后端是最近的一个
后端刚毕业未必能马上做，因为太抽象，你还需要磨练
甚至我都不认为前端做到后端是什么“转”
而是一种发展，你做久了自然就会让你去做后端
不过这个不确定，对很多java程序员来说是这样
但是如果你做的是php, ruby这些，不好说
因为语言改变了，自然有障碍

谢谢大牛的回复。
我在学校里做的项目都是用java那些spring、hibernate什么的做的，找工作自然也照
着java这一套找。能看到很多招java的职位，但是确实就像你所说的，一般都是招若干
年经验的senior的，我这种快毕业的投简历基本没回应，所以才想着连前端的一起投一
投。
最近有个前端的面试，面过了感觉挺好，只可惜后台是R&R的。
