昨日记者获悉，朝阳法院以诈骗罪判处时某有期徒刑5年，退赔货主损失27万余元。
据指控，2013年5月1日22时许，在朝阳区望京广顺桥北侧路边，时某向在一电器城
门口进货的李某称，自己要买9台三星牌液晶电视，谈好价格为27万余元后，李某去给
时某进货。后来，时某收到货，将装冥币的包交给李某，并称里面有25万元现金，自己
再去取剩下的钱。
时某一走再没回来，李某开包查看，包内的钱全是冥币。
庭上，时某认罪并称电视销赃后赃款已全部被挥霍。

今天早上开车的时候听到了这个新闻。当时俺的第一反应是很吃惊。第二反应就是，去
年的gm破产事件，估计就是黑了那些债权人（比如银行贷款、投资方、还有供应商等等
），把债务给赖掉了。
不过，俺对gm这个公司是没有任何兴趣。包括GM下面出产的几个品牌的汽车，俺也没有
兴趣。
