我昨天８／８ 面完，很快按EB2 "New Card is being Produced". 看来真是幸运。。

如果按８月VB处理，你有current的吗？
我昨天８／８ 面完，很快按EB2 "New Card is being Produced". 看来真是幸运。。

对 我8月份eb2是current的。9月的visa bulletin里面说的9月的visa bulletin上的排
期立即生效了，所以eb2现在也不current了。

９月排期是有点异常。通常不会８日就出排期。通常是１０日或者以后。有可能就是这
个bummer原因。

我PD 11/18/2014. EB3 九月也没有current. 昨天批的，应该是按EB2. 我当时硬着头
皮留下relink request 和 485-J...
２点面完，当时IO 硬是说无法relink, 给的是"not current" notice. 请求她跟
supervisor 咨询。４点半才批，估计是IO 咨询supervisor 后直接批的。

10月vb公布的时候如果current要采取什么行动确保10月绿呢？让律师写个函提醒uscis
？找找议员？单子说不到120天不做info pass。是不是不能自己联系Uscis?
