Will close a house soon, out of option out of financing addendum contingency
already. Seller said they'll move on closing day, we can walk through at
1pm if since we requested to walk through an empty house, then set up
closing at 1:30pm.
1)We are concerned the schedule is too tight. The moving company may not
finish before 1pm and then we'll have to walk through house with seller's
stuff inside. We want to see an empty house so we can tell is any issues.
2)Also seller agent said funding needs to be in place before taking
possession. I'm afraid they actually will not move out before closing as a
lot of times funding can't arrive that quickly especially if our closing is
set at 1:30pm.
Any advise how to deal with seller? I propsed to show them "clear to close",
or pay one day of house carrying cost, or push out closing date. They
denied all and said they have legal rights to move out on closing date.
