貌似各大公司都逐渐的把项目外包到印度去了，可是那些人的技术根本无法支撑整个项
目，经常出现问题，最后把项目做死。不明白那些公司为什么不把项目留在美国，从节
省开支的角度来说项目如果死了不就是一分钱赚不到，亏的比现在更多。而且为什么那
些公司的人那么信任外包呢，不知道都是怎么想的

本来也是些可有可无的项目，留在美国赚的还不够成本。

productivity／profit is a short-sighted measure of success.
businesses have a role as nursery for a talent supply chain.
老中老美要是不明白这一点，就永远也不能维护自己的IT自由,
