顺道问一下。上面那个日期是可以申请加急的日期吗？
我的case是让我11.1就打电话。。意思是不是我可以申请加急了？

昨天听一朋友说如果你拿到offer了，把offer附上申请加急，大概一周之内就能拿到

我这几天总是这样的信息，

At this time USCIS cannot provide you with information for your case. Please
contact the NCSC 1 (800) 375-5283 for additional information.
都好多天了，uscis系统有问题吗
