Case 3: Higher than $2400, you get no extra (your extra pt capped at 2000).
最理想情况就是你花$2400得到额外的2000点，但是这也就是extra 1%不到(1pt~1cent
对吧），加上default 2%，不过3%不到，这有什么特别的嘛？

我几乎没用过，基本都是抽屉卡。因为1开卡消费太多。。2这个FIV给我的额度才1000
，太少了，还不能不HP提额度（discover是你不用他了他就给你提额度，这个FIV是你
