今天星期天，一般公司都不上班吧。没想到却连着收到两封拒信，而且全都是在我投了
不到一两个小时候之内，桑心 T_T
这也引起了我一个小疑问，这些公司是如何做到在不上班的情况下快速筛选简历的呢？
难道是机器筛选，没有找到我有任何关键词match？可是这俩一个是很宽泛的给毕业生
的统一培训项目，另一个是跟我背景相似点众多的职位，我的简历和职位要求描述很多
关键词一致，郁闷了。。。
还有，如果是机器筛选的话，那应该是很快完成这个对照过程吧？那为什么又要等一两
个小时才发拒信呢。。。一直很疑惑投到公司career网站上的简历会不会有人看，谁能
给我这个初次找工作的在校生解惑一下啊。。。谢谢~

Should final walk through be scheduled on the closing date, or a day before?
I feel it is better to be a day before closing. If there is any problem
during final walk through, we can negotiate with the seller and negotiate
takes time.

是不是一些pre screen问题比如要不要sponsor被筛了

无所谓。
但一定要求是空房子。
这样才能检查损坏情况。

我们新房子，是提早一个礼拜。然后让他们都修掉再close
如果你不是新房子我也不知道了

湾区一般提前3－5天，如果Seller没有按合同修理，或者房子在进入合同后有损坏（房
子不是签合同时相同的Condition）。你可以通知对方和Escrow联系，让对方在Closing
前解决，否则由Escrow Withhold一部分钱，一直到解决问题为止。

你新房子还有2年保修呢。

我们新房子，是提早一个礼拜。然后让他们都修掉再close如果你不是新房子我也不知

The only thing they fixed is the basement electrical panel. They showed me
the receipt and I believe them. They also contributed some money for the
things they did not fix.
The only thing I need to check is if the condition of the house is the same
as when we did the inspection. Their kids are all grown up and moved out of
the house. I think it is safe to walk through on the closing date.
