加个限制条件 主要针对初级职位
大家看看 觉得如何
主要考察下面几点：
1. 情商够不够 会不会聊天 是不是正常人 (工作中见过不少国内名牌学校出来的情商
有待商榷的。。。)
2. 看看git看看linkedin看看上了线的作品 这些都是加分项。 有人面试不善交际的或
者太紧张的 linkedin上面的endorsement大概能看出来他是不是一个合群的人
endorsement多的一般都不太容易是奇葩
3. 对科技有没有热情 比如知道Apple Watch 4月发售、比如知道打车软件除了uber还
有lyft、比如知道Google IO要靠抽奖才能买到票、比如知道Coin已经忽悠了2年的pre-
order、比如知道在家如何搭用Pi+DMZ+DynDNS搭一个服务器之类的自然是极好的 当然
有热情自然是非常好的 没热情也无所谓 我只是对于有热情的人 倾向于招进自己组 (
aka 是不是同一类人)
4. 2sum会不会写、简单的tinyUrl会不会实现、string combination 写不写的出来 (
aka 会不会用工作中常用的数组、哈希、递归)。通常前两题能写出来的基本就ok了 (
上production的东西很少用到递归) 算法这东西 差不多就好 我平时工作基本用不上的
东西 我面试里一般不会强求别人会
5. 最好知道怎么写clean以及容易维护的 耦合度小的代码 其实这点我觉得比算法重要
的多 可惜面试中无法很好的考察 这个基本上必须要看到代码才能知道 但是面试的时
候只能随口问问了。。。
简单思想就是：活说白了都不难 谁都能干 我招你进来又不是做senior的 我需要的是
一个会写代码 做过项目 最好对产品有热情 有见解 平时会讲笑话 干活不会太闷的人
。 因为到头来 我需要跟这个人每天一起度过8小时的时光 而不是写8小时的算法题 而
且我并不觉得工作中需要码农经常来实现RegEx Match、word break之类的 当然如果只
是因为我干的活太简单 有大牛所在的组天天需要实现这类的东西的话 面试的时候我觉
得问一下也无可厚非
同时我个人觉得一个成功的产品、软件， idea以及营销是最重要的 代码永远都只是手
段而不是目的。所以一个对产品有热情有见解的人在我心里 >> 一个算法写的飞起但是
连uber是什么都不知道的人
个人的愚见大概就是这样了 ：）

虹桥火车站旁的hyatt place/house，11月刚开张的时候看着是5000点一晚，今天再查
就涨到8000点一晚了。不算deal了。估计还是找个马里奥的万丽比较划算～

就按表收钱），还有一系列管道施工。钱大多是政府出，但是扰民还几个月了。许多住

确实不是 前段时间面了功 觉得自己跟他家从头做题到尾连自我介绍都省了的气场严重
不合（当然有一面
题目没做出来也没拿到offer就是了）
基本想法就是：I am a real person with passion for product development, not a
coding monkey :)

说的不错,但工作中的sense属于潜移默化,很难通过面试看出来

不用那么麻烦.
根据本版的说法,碰到国人就拼命夸,否则他/她会到版上来骂你.
碰到3弟就出几道自己正在思考的难题,解出来了正好替你解决了问题,找个理由据掉,解
不出来理由现成的.
碰到其它类别申请人...概率为零.
最后选一个国人招了就行.

感觉你是在招会讲笑话有又懂技术的CEO，我基本就是看两点，能不能出活，能不能两
分钟内讲明白要做什么和做了什么，刚刚差评了一个会活跃气氛但是不会写代码的老美

说白了，千万别把选拔人才当做你的重任，选个合群就好。能力都是可以后天培养的，
学学烙印。别对华人苛刻，如果就一个华人应聘，啥也别说录了就对了。申的人多你再
挑。

说得不错，不过对#4有点怀疑，书本的太初级的考考也不能说明什么，高级点的别人不
一定常用，为了面试背背书其实也一一不大。
我觉得应该尽量提前看对方简历，面试时看看对方是否对所做项目有全局了解，对自己
负责之外的部分有多少了解，对自己负责部分了解有多细，解决过什么问题。这个过程
也可以初步了解对方有多少经历，对工作是否真正有激情，是否被重用，是否有能力解
决问题。这样比较实际，具体内容相对也不太容易作假或临时抱佛脚。
有些面试，互相做的项目都不了解，面试就纯粹胡来了。

找个符合1的就行，其他的要求都是扯淡。
endorsement太多的也不靠谱，新闻方面知道一两个差不多，全都知道说明整天都泡在
网上不干活。

算法, 递归, 搞得好像是个码工就天天这些一样. 做了几十年软件, 真正用到算法的没
几天.
楼主把自己想得也太高大上了, 怪不得老中面试官不招自己人待见. 如果只是搞老印我
双手双脚赞成.

没有说一定要有热情 只是说我喜欢跟有点热情的人一起工作 没有热情我可以把他推去
别的组 自己给自己组招人的话 至少要招个同类人吧 要不然每天一起上班多累 ：）每
个人都有自己对于工作的看法 你可以觉得工作只是糊口 但是你没有阻止我有热情有梦
想的权力 是吧 ：）
而且你自己看我的帖子的话 写代码已经排到倒数第一和第二了 递归都说了prod上很少
用 写不出来我都觉得ok 数组和用哈希基本上写代码经常要用吧 2sum和简单地tinyUrl
这个应该是最简单的了吧 虽然性格情商很重要 至少array和hash还是要会用的吧
我从来没有觉得自己高大上 我只是觉得人的情商非常重要 这也是为什么他是我面试人

确实
不过endorsement多的话至少能看出来是知道礼尚往来的正常人 ：）
新闻的话知道一点平时吃饭能聊一聊之类的是极好的 不喜欢其实也无所谓 其实简单来
说还是想找合群的人 不能聊新闻 聊聊别的也行 哈哈
整天泡这个问题 我也经常泡 但是该出活得时候出活就好了 没必要一直扑在电脑上 ：）

你linkin上endorsement多，你有个git的project，你会讲笑话，你知道uber lyft，就
成了衡量标准了？
通篇透露小农意识严重。
你们公司让你丫面试的时候，没有提前安排hr给你们丫培训吧，就按公司的衡量标准来
，会不会？

我觉得楼主既然对开发，对产品这么大热情就留在Groupon啊，是因为给得少还是觉得
不是真爱呢？我觉得比起我认识的Groupon人，真的缺那份感情啊。。。
我喜欢的面试官是会现场设计题目的，例如这个题是我见过最精彩的。。。
给产生随机数的函数，如何产生一个范围的随机数
然后给定N，产生一个array
不给N，怎么写一个stream
如何产生一个树的随机数
然后如何产生一个JSON，里面有元素，有list，有子JSON

人总是要未雨绸缪的 再说我觉得人家锐库都发邮件联系了 面着玩一玩也无妨 还省了
自己投简历 拿到了offer还可以考虑换不换或者找公司要加薪 lol
狗肉胖整体还是挺好的（当让也有非常坑爹的组）基本不催活儿不加班 每天干完活儿
就走 不用呆在office耗时间浪费生命 比较适合想做side project的人

其实无法reverse 所谓的reverse不过是基于已知明文和密文的反响查询
那个网站把我的原文写进了数据库 然后生成了pair之后做了一个逆向查询 lol
