"I had those ‘Microsoft guys’ call me once about a Virus/Infected computer
. I spoke to the guy for about 15 minutes and then told them I do not see a
‘Windows’ or ‘Microsoft’ anywhere…he asked me to look on the computer
and tell him what I saw. I told him, the computer is off but all I see is
silver/grey and this apple design with a bite out of it. “Is that Windows?
”, I asked. He hung up on me."

我读到一半以为他会说他是linux用户呢。读完后巨失望，苹果机也可以
装windows。

哈哈。
想起多年前我的一个 laptop 的 DVD-Rom 读不了盘了，找 Dell 要求 service，用的
是 online chat。Dell rep 让我当场按照他的指令试读各种各样的 CD 和 DVD，还让
我折腾 Device manager，enable 这个，disable 那个。那时候用的系统比较老，还不
能切换账号。我用的是 user account 折腾那些系统设置很费劲。折腾半天还是什么盘
都认不出来，我满心希望他就给我换了，结果又来了一通
Okay disable Sonic DLA on the system, perform the following steps.
Click the Start button, and then click My Computer.
The My Computer window opens.
Right-click the optical drive, and then left-click Properties.
The optical drive Properties window opens.
Click the DLA tab at the top of the window.
Uncheck the option for Enable DLA on your drives.
Click OK to return to the My Computer window.

I am using user account to chat with you. But I don't know how to access the
Administrator's account with these steps. I can open up to Properties step
but not
DLA tab. I guess it is because of the user account. I have administrator
command line window open. Is there a way that I can use a command to bring
up property window?
