Sr. Software Engineer
We are looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help our clients
build a large highly-scalable marketing automations platform. This platform
will need to support millions of transactions a day and power high-
performance, highly reliable web services to key areas of business. The
platform is built on top of the Microsoft Azure hosting environment and
utilizes the latest in .NET, C# and NoSQL technologies. Some front-end
development using JavaScript/CSS frameworks like jQuery and Twitter
Bootstrap would also be required.
The Sr Software Engineer position would:
• Play an active role in the development of marketing automation
technologies
• Act as a key point person meeting on-site with client development
teams and business stakeholders while relaying information back to a remote
development team
• Be responsible for the success of the development team to hit all
delivery deadlines and business requirements
• Be required to work in a large team environment and meet all code
and testing standards established by the team and the lead Architect
Qualifications:
• 5+ years software development experience shipping products in all
stages of release cycles
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Strong C# skills required
• Experienced in ASP.NET MVC 3 or 4, WebAPI, CSS3, HTML5, JavaScript,
and JQuery
• Prefer experience with the Microsoft Azure Hosting environment
including Web Roles, Worker Roles, Azure SQL, and Azure Tables
• Experience working with remote onshore development resources
SDET / Tester
We are looking for an experienced SDET / Tester to help our clients with the
development and creation of custom applications for a large-highly scalable
marketing platform. This person will perform and automate API validation of
all client-facing web services to ensure daily QA builds do not break the
functionality, contract or availability of the APIs before a release to
production. They will be partnering with Architects, Developers, PMs, and
Support teams to deliver high quality solutions from envisioning to
deployment, on time, with Quality criteria met at every milestone. They will
also be the project's main point of contact for Testing and create, review
and execute test plans.
Job Duties:
- Perform and automate API validation of all client-facing web services to
ensure daily QA builds do not break the functionality, contract or
availability of the APIs before a release to production
- Perform integration testing with upstream and downstream partners to
ensure all touchpoints are functioning properly
- Build out small Web or Console testing apps and test harnesses to help
facilitate the testing of new functionality, new content and new
partnerships.
- Partnering with Architects, Developers, PMs, and Support teams to deliver
high quality solutions from envisioning to deployment, on time, with Quality
criteria met at every milestone
- Be the project’s point of contact for Test
- Accountable for achieving Test’s Exit Criteria
- Create, review and execute test plans
- Accountable for delivery of Master Test Plans
- Be part of a growing high-performance test team
- Must have working knowledge of .NET, C#, ASP.Net, Websites, HTML,
Javascript and unit test frameworks
Marketing Ops Analyst
This enterprise level team is looking for a Marketing Ops Analysts to assist
in the Development of a cutting edge, marketing automation platform. They
will be under the direction of the Marketing Automation Platform Lead, and
will be responsible for all campaign build out, execution, testing and
monitoring in the Marketing Platform. Works with the Campaign Managers to
determine the campaign requirements and success criteria and assists in the
design of customer journeys. Creates test users with a variety of attributes
and validates that campaigns are executing correctly and accurately. In
addition, they will be responsible for escalating issues to the Marketing
Automation Platform Lead as appropriate.
Must-Haves:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Required experience in marketing automation technologies, specifically
ExactTarget
- Email Marketing Campaign experience – preferably building email journeys
- Analytical thinker who can react quickly under stress to identify concerns
and execute resolutions
- Data analysis& reporting experience: for data imports into ExactTarget (
Excel required, SQL preferred as well)
- Experience troubleshooting campaign data issues and the ability to
efficiently escalate the issues to the appropriate team
Plusses:
- Hand on experience with ExactTarget: administration, integration, etc.
- Experience designing, developing & testing email marketing campaigns
- Marketo and/or Eloqua experience preferred
- CRM experience; preferably MS Dynamics
- SQL experience
- HTML, JavaScript & CSS experience for email coding & landing pages
