中餐馆综合症在六十年代曾经被很多人关注，那时候很多餐馆都喜欢放味精，后来说味

你炒菜放盐么？从化学结构和功能上看，谷氨酸钠比氯化钠更安全点。

钠太多，也能齁着，虽然吃的时候不觉得都咸，但是吃完了特别渴，想多喝水，你自己
的身体想把多余的钠离子排出去

连卖个大白菜都特地会标上自己是gluten-free，TMD大白菜里要有gluten早见鬼了

我有个英国同事女儿花生过敏。
他说他们有个花生过敏家长群，互相交流经验。
他听说的过敏最厉害的一个，一女孩，男朋友吃了个带花生的bar,
吃完kiss了她一下，没一会儿就送急诊了。花生过敏挺可怕的，
好像是无法呼吸。
