看了一下，cdc自己的网站上就有，cdc只能合法隔离几种传染病的病人，list里没有
ebola
但是可以通过总统的executive order增加病种
显然奥神没把ebola加进去
这尼玛cdc有个屁用啊
Federal Law
The federal government derives its authority for isolation and quarantine
from the Commerce Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
Federal isolation and quarantine are authorized for these communicable
diseases:
Cholera
Diphtheria
Infectious tuberculosis
Plague
Smallpox
Yellow fever
Viral hemorrhagic fevers
Severe acute respiratory syndromes
Flu that can cause a pandemic
Federal isolation and quarantine are authorized by Executive Order of the
President. The President can revise this list by Executive Order.
Under section 361 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S. Code § 264),
the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to take
measures to prevent the entry and spread of communicable diseases from
foreign countries into the United States and between states.
The authority for carrying out these functions on a daily basis has been
delegated to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

你抄漏了一段
Under section 361 of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S. Code § 264),
the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services is authorized to take
measures to prevent the entry and spread of communicable diseases from
foreign countries into the United States and between states.
作为Federal agency，CDC法律上只管外国进来的跨州的。貌似它倒是的确可以禁止第
二个护士擅自跑到外州。它能对德州的医院说上多少话，这个就不知道了，没有经验的
人很难猜测里面的流程是什么。

CDC想让德州医院搞隔离，德州医院还敢违令吗？
就算医院违抗CDC的命令没有法律上的责任，媒体炒作起来医院必定破产。
