Hello,I do not know the phone and plan well and would like to use a smart
phone for the first time. There are some questions I would ask experts. Can
use prepaid plan with a iphone locked to at &t? Should I buy a SIM card for
iphone or a prepaid SIM card to active?

可以，直接在AT&T就可以给你把iphone转成prepaid go-phone，只是有两个
条件：你的合同已经结束；以后你的iphone不能用data，只能wifi
如果不用data，AT&T prepaid价钱还行，100刀可用1年，电话每分钟10 cents

TSC normally send biometrics appointment letter within 2 weeks after they
get your 485 application.
It seems that your appointment letter is lost during shipping.
You should ask USCIS to reschedule and re-send the appointment letter.

我们是RD 9月8号，那个时候我还在版上问来着呢，什么时候去打指纹，后来过了10天
左右就收到了，10月上旬去打的指纹。LZ 还是问问吧。
