合同上写的seller会给buyer买owner's title insurance
不过我看给我的Hud-1上，1103. Owner's title insurance 比 208. Portion of
Owner's Policy Paid by seller要多几百。我想问一下这个对么？会不会有这种情况
我自己也要付一部分owner's title insurance？合同上没有说seller给buyer买owner'
s title insurance不能超过多少额度。谢谢

In the latest round of price hikes, The Walt Disney Co. increased admission
prices to their theme parks, bring some tickets to over $100, according to
the Chicago Tribune. Disney has raised the cost of a one-day ticket to both
Disneyland and California Adventure, their theme parks located in Anaheim,
California, to $99, up from $96. Visitors to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney
World in Lake Buena Vista, Florida, can now expect to pay $105, up from $99,
for a single-day visit as well.
To put these ticket costs into perspective, in 2005, the same Disney tickets
cost visitors $59.75. In 2015, $105.

原因是，合同里说的owner's title insurance是指纯insurance本身，seller不会负责
诸如title endorsement等附加项目。您可以看看HUD的最后一页，或者是owner title
insurance 1103行下面一点有没有breakdown，208行少cover的那几百块钱很有可能就
是endorsement或者类似项目。

多谢回复。看了一下最后一页跟1103下面，没看到有breakdown或者title endorsement
。最后seller给的owner's title insurance credit跟GFE上的数目一样，但跟Hud上实
际charge的不一样，所以我觉得有点不太对。不过我的agent说就是这样的，那就这样
吧。
