I have 136 hrs (17days) vocation, 3 personal days, and 10 work days of sick
leave. Add them up, that means I have 30 days with pay. Does that mean
that I can leave for 6 weeks? Or only 30days, so that means less than 5
weeks with pay?

doesn't your company have maternity leave?? My company has 12 weeks, out of
which 6 weeks paid depends on how long you have been with the company. Then
the rest 6 weeks paid by Short Term disability insurance.

I mean, that is on top of your vacation or sick leaves, etc. Specially for
new moms.

我还差2个月满一年。baby这个月要due了。所以享受不了这些待遇，只能动用我攒了10
个月的假期。
