我们的case一直是ACCEPTANCE, EAD都三个月了还没动静。今天去INFOPASS，碰到一很
NICE的老大爷。刚开始还挺高兴，以为碰上SENIOR了，后来才知道他是别的部门临时过
来帮忙的。聊了20多分钟，全是闲聊。。。汗。。
485据说3月26号提交去BACKGROUND CHECK了，还没CLEAR; EAD的BACKGROUND CHECK已经
CLEAR了。土人一直以为这两个CHECK是一样的。我们这种情况这样是不是应该很快拿到
临时工卡了啊？我的OPT 6月初要到期了，因为有移民倾向也不能延期。求BLESS啊。
老大爷特别嘱咐说如果现在的OPT到期后还没收到新的EAD卡时一定不要工作，否则485
会被据的。大家说我是应该继续等还是给议员写信呢？谢谢～

楚天都市报讯从超市买回15个鸡蛋，打开发现个个都是双黄，这让洪山区关西小区的
熊先生感到很是奇怪。
熊先生介绍，3月28日，他在小区附近的一家大超市购物，看到有鸡蛋做特价活动
，且个头较大，便买了15个。这几天，他先后打开10个食用，发现个个都是双黄蛋。“
一两个双黄不稀奇，怎么会个个都是？”
昨日上午，楚天都市报记者来到熊先生家，他又当着记者的面打开两个，依然个个
是双黄（如图）。记者随后找到该超市，其生鲜部负责人称，鸡蛋是从正规商家进的货
，至于为何都是双黄蛋，他们也要调查了解。
对此，华中农业大学家禽学教授龚炎长介绍，母鸡在产蛋初期，或受外界刺激时，
都可能因排卵异常产下双黄蛋。总的来说，出现的几率较小，但是可以放心食用。

Approaching April 15th mark, LZ should call USCIS and put in request for EAD
first: 800-375-5283. Be sure to
have a pen and paper to write down IO name, his/her number, and your request
Ref#.
Once you have IO number and your Ref#, you can fax them your proof of
request, such as EVL/Job offer/expiring OPT, without waiting for their reply
.
If you have valid and understandable reason by common sense, they will buy
it and issue an expedite EAD to you.

Thanks! 我上周五电话加急了，说了情况当时那人还挺NICE的，但是周一收到EMAIL竟
然加急被拒了。。。就是打的那个800电话。现在要不要再打呢? 那么短时间估计他们
不会变主意吧。。。

About 35 days before the expiration date of your opt/H1/Renewal EAD, call
them again.
I just got mine approved today because I faxed them my driver license that
will be expired at the end of this month. And I also faxed them new job
offer offer letter with soon start date. I told them my wife and kids are
financially and educationally depending on my continuity of employment and
capability of driving. They immediately approved my expedite request in one
day. Remember: They need 30 days for card production, so call/fax them
earlier.

Don't call. Straight fax + reply email you received, along with your old ref
# to the same IO. You should also include all the supporting doc in fax and
email attachment. Then, just pray.
They reject you doesn't mean that they won't reopen your case/request. Just
try it and see what happen.
Everybody should be entitled to work in this country if there is job offer.

请在所有document／cover letter页面的抬头／注角 header/footer）表上你的ref #,
你的名字， IO的代码，还有IO的名字，遮掩很快USCIS里面的人就会分流给特定的IO
手上。
