看看是不是排水管冻了，就堵住了。
我家冰箱原来也有这个问题，找修冰箱的来，修下就好了。

It may be a detached drain tube or a cracked drain pan that catches the
defrosting water then evaporates it through the condensing fan. If the
drain tube is blocked, you will have a chunk of ice at the bottom inside
yours freezer compartment. You need to pull it forward and get behind the
frige, open the bottom cover and see for yourself.
