先找人比较好，因为不同人推荐信角度不一样。特别是独立推荐信，不一定每个人都会
给你写。如果写好了结果别人没答应就浪费时间了

如果有预算,进一个Stand MIXER 是王道.
我感觉面包机和不了太硬的面,而且如果和硬面, 比较容易坏.

面包机挺管用的,不但能自动做面包,当然只是普通一些的面包.
另外,和面真的方便.包饺子和面条的面,就是四杯面粉加1.25杯水.包包子就是四杯面粉
加1.5杯水.
我的面包机是breadman,这个牌子,几年前买的,好象是一百刀左右.面软点硬点都能和.
听说去walmart三四十刀的一样用.

我买的松下面包机。amazon上的，2年前130刀。烤的面包还是不如烤箱里的松软。只当
成和面机在使用，130刀有点浪费了。光是和面的话，一个几十刀的足够了。
