This combination makes sense.
When I was in China, Google is almost unusable because of the broken links.
I tried Baidu but it's English search is very poor. So I resorted to Bing.

Google is unusable for political reason. It's a shame
many sites like Google Groups are also blocked where a lot of
tech discussions happen.

The Internet in China is totally a different scene more than ever. The GFW
sets the bar ridiculously high. Even Google Docs is not accessible. I couldn
't access my personal stuff.
