大概是60-120名左右公立大学的水平。在全美高中生里的percentile大约80%,在亚裔里
大概60%,白人里70%,劳模里90%，老黑里95%.

绩是1750-2000，他的这个大概相当1800,在penn state是大概比30%的强，要是亚裔基
本进不去。
这种人就是嘴皮子强。上哈佛法学院，后来当部长多半也是AA的。美国的名校进去难出
来容易，学点政治学，black cultural study, latino cultural study之类，怎么也
让你毕业。至于当部长，很多就是政治酬佣或者拿来当花瓶，根本证明不了他的水平高
。而且很多就是先有鸡还是先有蛋的问题。他从stanford毕业，又是latino,GPA3.0,哈

不是说这人水平高，尼玛这人长这鸟样能有什么水平？而是说学校看得到这种人在这个
社会里更容易出头，这是社会问题不是学校的问题。学校没必要为了社会问题跟自己过
