今天早上收到congressman的回复
USCIS electronic records indicate that an element of the background check
process was initiated in Mr. XXXX’s permanent residency case; and it is not
yet complete. After this process is complete, the Alien Files (A-Files)
containing your constituent’s Form I-485 may be referred to an
administrative review which will facilitate the return of this case to an
officer for adjudication at the NSC.
上次做SR说 in line to be viewed by an offer.
两次说法好像不一致，有点糊涂了
