今天中午我突然醒悟到，前天的断网实际是老邢的误射。
他装作断网，然后躲在机房偷偷看到底有多少个ip在疯狂地给他的服务器发请求。这样
就可以计算出到底有多少可以虐待的无自尊用户。

英国等健康保健是两个系统，如果你有钱，自费去私立医院（公司很多都有此种保险）
，没钱，去公家医院，用纳税人钱。
美国是有钱没钱一个医院，大家享受同样的治疗待遇，当然付不起了。
ObamaCare到如今也没有个细节，我这在医院工作的人都没法知道他想干啥
