在你递交140之前让家人先申请个美国的签证吧，等你递交了140之后，他们能不能申请
到探亲之类的非移民签证就看你的造化了，当然如果你现在是H1b，他们肯定什么时候
都能申请到H4

我的情况和你一样。自己在美国境内提交了140，批准了。申请了H签证，孩子来到美国
境内后，提交485.
注意：如果你没有H签证，家人务必不能以J或B的非移民身份入境，会导致485直接拒
掉。
如果你搞不定H，家人在国内申请consular process。
