去年7月的RD，苦等无果，上月做了SR。今天收到如下回答。请教各位：
（1）这是不是只是一个模板答复，还是真有希望近期解决
（2）是不是马上找议员，还是再等等
EAD还有不到半年到期，H1明天头也要到期，现正等卡找工作，求祝福！

在NJ，是在一个community的detached townhouse，有点象single family house，不过
每个房子离的比较近，有HOA。房子是1996年建的，正面是brick，其它三面都是stucco
，应该是EIFS。2006年的时候发现stucco有问题，整个community把builder告上了法庭
，最后的结果是外墙重做，还是stucco（好像还是EIFS），叫做Senerflex Senturion
III Wall System and Sonolastle 150 With VLM technology，包括Drainage Mat，
membrane tape， base coat， sealant， reinforcing mesh 和finish coat。当时好
像每家出了3万多，不太清楚Builder出了多少钱。
这样的stucco算是修好了吗？还会不会有潜在的问题？最近在网上查了一下，好多人说
不会考虑EIFS的房子，因为太多的隐患。这个community有200多户，好像没有人觉得
stucco是问题。还是有点纠结，想看看大家的意见。多谢。

为了保险，还是做一下stucco inspection比较放心。大家有推荐的stucco inspector
