this is ridiculous, what's wrong with this judge and court?
the refugee was under lots of mental pressure, stress, and anxiety. He did
not commit this act from his pure and loving heart.
the blame should be on the government, they did not provide the victim with
enough mental counselling and physical relief. it should be them that got
punished, not the already troubled victim.
