Form I-140 as well as visa availability based on your category and priority
date.这意思好像是10月有名额了就批准？正好是去年9月底递交的485，到时候正好也
一年了，是不是肯定会被rfe？要不要现在提前先做体检，提前重新递交体检报告？请

就是很着急用卡，我可不可以现在马上重新体检，然后9月份没rfe之前就主动补交体检
报告，这样就不会被rfe了？多谢！

事在人为。没问题啊。就是信封上，注明清楚案子，A number，信里也注明

运气不好，掉进黑洞了，我一直观察附近号码的情况，比我早点晚点的都批了，就我和
附近几个号一直没动静，这个月我附近几个号也都纷纷批了，就我没动静，估计他们都
不是印度中国的。两次SR，6月中一次回复是your case is in line to be reviewed
by an officer，前几天再次SR，回复是your application is currently pending and
has been pre-adjudicated. Final review by an officer is dependent upon
approval of the Form I-140 as well as visa availability based on your
category and priority date. 估计10月有名额就该轮到我了，正好在准备换工作，又
不想用EAD，所以干脆直接主动补交体检报告，争取不要RFE。

Preadjucate 意思是几乎审查完了但在你的审核表右侧会说visa not available . 左
侧已经打勾。最后是senior 的签字

像我这样拿到rfe之前就主动提前补交体检表的情况多吗？有没有可能反而弄巧成拙呢？

USCIS没发RFE通知最好不要自己主动给。

有道理，都等这么久了，其实也不着急这么几天。如果rfe只是要求补交体检，递上去
之后多久能批呢？谢谢！

so, what was the outcome then, if already pre-adjudicated, could I485
approved when visa number is available even the medical form is expired?
since they already pre adjudicated and everything was fine at that time when
the medical form was not expired?
