看了半年房子终于找到个心仪的，房子快要close了，loan已经conditional approve，
现在首付可能缺个几千块，这个月家里的credit card只还minimum payment就可以补出
来这几千块，
请问这样会对loan有影响吗？

不会，但你需要注意的是，在此期间不能有任何opening new account with any
credit card, 还有买家具和大件物品等，必须禁止。另外不要有任何不明的deposit和
transaction在你用于支付首付宽的账户。恭喜啊。

No impact to credit score or loan as long as you pay the minimum on credit
card balance.

ls说法似乎bu'tuo，这与grace period无关, closing以前还会跑一次 credit report,
主要看是否有新的debt出现和不正常的transaction，和神马credit interest无关，
underwriter还要做最后的ltv，才能正式批准loan。

单独割裂分析所谓credit score，是不准确的。让我讲讲啥会引起credit score变化吧
。债务主要三大块，revolving, installment 和 mortgage, 其中信用卡属于
revolving这个栏目，所以片面一个revolving作为影响整个credit,是片面的。而
installment和 mortgage的late payment影响更为严重。
通常，只要控制balance在30%左右，就很好了，不会影响credit score, 其他负面影响
因素还包括open or close account, deliquent, defaulted, collection, or too
much inquiries 等等。
在贷款ltv计算中，只计入credit card的 minimum payment数额，而不是整个balance
。只要注意我上面提到的注意问题，当你支付credit card 后， credit card lender
会在下月update你的balance, 这是你的loan已经close了。

我想补充一下一些信息，
我这个月balance在30%左右，已经打算付信用卡利息。不会在close之前开任何新账户
和买大件。
目前的信用分数在780左右。另外，在下一次balance出来的时候loan还没有close。这
样是不是没啥问题？
