嗯 zillow这么吓人早些时候还再看这公司的招聘广告呢

不一定，可能是没法做帐或者有什么专营合同问题，所以zillow不能给中国居民发钱。
理论上这里都是us resident,除了老邢和钻缝的人

没法解释为什么第一轮可以，第二轮不行。

We apologize for the delayed response, but we wanted to take the time to do
a full review of our rules. Our rule that restricted residents of China from
participating in the second round was based on concerns around successfully
obtaining intellectual property rights on inventions created in China and
was in no way based on discrimination against residents of China. However,
after further discussing with our legal counsel, we have decided to allow
residents of China to participate in the second round.
