七月中的I-485 NSC RD，这阵子查附近的几个号儿已经批了，不淡定的联系了议员，倒
是很快有了反馈结果。
“USCIS records indicate that XXX’s Form I-485 case is pending at the
Nebraska Service Center (NSC) and has been assigned to an officer. Although
the case is assigned to an officer, your constituent must take into
consideration that time is still needed for routine preliminary security
checks and adjudication completion. For those reasons we are unable to
predict when she will receive either a decision or other notice of action.
If your constituent does not receive a decision or other notice of action
within 30 days, you may contact us for an update. “
请群里的朋友帮忙看下，这是不是模板回复，三十天内有结果的可能性大吗？
信里的"preliminary security checks"指的是FBI的background check 和 name check
吗？ 12月份和2月份做过俩次infopass，都表示FBI check貌似已经clear了，不知道
infopass信息准不准确。
议员那边让30天后没有结果再跟他们联系，现在我还可以追问啥不？每天刷case
status和落地生根版，感觉人都精分了。。。

THINGS MAY HAVE TO GET WORSE BEFORE THEY GET BETTER
"Arthur Hill recently described the current trading range as a "wave four" c
onsolidation within a "five-wave" decline. That fits with my view for anothe
r downleg which would most likely occur during the month of October. That ca
rries good and bad news. The bad news is that lower prices are expected into
October. The good news is that a five-wave decline is usually followed by a
rally. In addition, Octobers have a history of experiencing lower prices wh
ich are often followed by market bottoms. In other words, things may have to
get worse before they can get better."
NASDAQ STILL STALLED AT 2600... My September 15 message also showed the Nasd
aq Composite Index stalled at overhead resistance near 2600. Chart 5 shows t
hat still to be the case. A minor upside penetration early last week failed
to hold and the COMPQ is back below that resistance level (marked by the Jun
e low) and its 50-day moving average. The Nasdaq would have to close decisiv
ely above its September high (2643) to reverse its current downtrend. Chart
6 shows the S&P 500 in an eight-week trading range between overhead resistan
ce at 1230 and underlying support near 1100. It also remains below its movin
g average lines which means that the major trend is still down. That favors
an eventual drop to new lows (technical odds favor continuation of an existi
ng trend). The SPX would have to close above its mid-September peak at 1220
(and its 50-day average) to reverse that lower trend. Arthur Hill recently d
escribed the current trading range as a "wave four" consolidation within a "
five-wave" decline. That fits with my view for another downleg which would m
ost likely occur during the month of October. That carries good and bad news

tobers have a history of experiencing lower prices which are often followed

韦斯特马克效应（英语：Westermarck effect）指出两个早年共同长大的儿童在成年后
不会对彼此产生性吸引力。这个现象由芬兰人类学家爱德华·韦斯特马克在他的著作《
人类婚姻史》（The History of Human Marriage）中提出[1]。韦斯特马克效应在许多
地区和文化背景中都能观察到，包括以色列吉布茨集体社区文化和中国的童养媳习俗，
以及其他有血缘关系的家庭。这个现象被认为是人类进化中为避免近亲性交发展而来的。
研究发现
在中国的童养媳制度中，年龄较小的女孩会被带到家里和未婚夫一起抚养长大。韦斯特
马克的研究发现，童养媳长大后通常很抗拒此类婚姻，就算勉强结婚，他们的婚姻也鲜
见美满，而且女方生育率下降，可能是因为双方发现彼此没有性吸引力的缘故[2]。
以色列吉布茨（集体社区）中，孩童们会依照年龄（而不是血缘或其他关系）分开，在
不同的群体中生活。在针对吉布茨成员的婚姻研究中发现，这些孩子长大后，同一群体
成员间结婚的比例仅占3000个案例中的14例。而在这14对夫妻中，没有任何一对是在出
生后的头六年一起被抚养长大的。这带出了一个重点，亦即出生后六年的成长环境是一
个关键时间点[3]。若是这个关键时间点不存在，例如两个有血缘关系的亲生兄弟姐妹
在不同的环境中成长，那他们日后相遇时则有可能会对彼此产生性吸引力，这个现象叫
做遗传性性吸引。

Fits my view as well. EFA and EEM are already showing 5 waves down. They
might be the first one to turn as well. Particularly EFA.

从小一起长大的男女连申美都出问题。比如我从小和两个表姐打架长大，后来很多男青
年夸奖她们漂亮，我都觉得好笑

Just follow Fibonacci retracement lines. usually 61%, but could be as high
