we are temprery renting an apartment in sunnyvale for 6 months,
when we sign the lease, i told the landlord we are going to buy a house in
a month or two and want to sublease the apartment after that, the landlord
verbally agree he is ok for sublease,but when I ask the landlord to add "
can sublease per landlord approval", the landlord refuse to add that into
the lease, but he verbally agree.
now we bought a house and want to sublease the apartment for 5 months, he
refused to let us sublease.what can we do?
we also have a comcast internet under his name, although comcast allow us
to use our own modam, he still ordered a brand new
modam and asked us to paid for it, and he took away the package box for the
new modam for rebate.

这段视频拍摄于1月8日，长达12分钟，是由美国国家广播电台（ABC）旗下的KATC3频道
拍摄的。在视频中，美国路易斯安娜州弗米利恩县(Vermilion Parish)雷内·罗斯特中
学（Rene Rost Middle School）的一名女教师在学区校董会上质疑给学区主管加薪提
议，一名校警（officer）将她请出会议室，在走廊上把她按倒在地，戴上手铐强行带
出学校。虽然这名教师不会面临起诉，但办理了保释并被监狱登记在案。
在视频中，站出来质疑的老师名叫哈格里夫，她提到基层教师收入微薄，工作繁重
，质问高层领导为何大幅加薪。她的同事也在时候接受媒体采访时表示对她的支持，并
补充说，学校底层10年没有加薪，普遍缺乏资金购买设备，但给普尤加薪幅度达3.8万
美元，而且还由学校给他提供车辆并报销油费。还有人表示教师罢工可能在酝酿中。

看你自己写的，好像没有逻辑吧。
房东口头同意sublease，但是房东又不写在里面因为房东并不想sublease。这个是啥意
思？

verbally agree 您也当真？
合同里写了不准sublease么，没有的话您sublease了会有啥麻烦，房东能怎样？除了
sublease，貌似还真没办法。

1. 房东有老实将 rent income 缴税吗？肯定没有，少报，虚报
和他说，IRS 有熟人
2. 实在不行，就 lease 你新买的房子
3. you don't have to pay for the modem if it is not stated in your rental
agreement.
