Good morning. Here's what you need to know.
Asian markets were mixed in overnight trading with the Hang Seng falling 2.
49%. Europe is recovering on talks that Greece may avoid a referendum and U.
S. futures are moderately higher ahead of the market open.
Socialists in the Greek government have revolted against prime minister
George Papandreou's plan for a national referendum. This came after finance
minister Evangelos Venizelos released a statement opposing the referendum.
Papandreou called an emergency meeting and it is now being reported that he
may resign in the next half hour, and withdraw his proposal for the
referendum. Meanwhile, European leaders are playing hardball and have asked
Greece to decide whether it wants to stay in or out of the Eurozone.

The European Central Bank cut interest rates by 25 basis points to 1.25%.
This is Mario Draghi's first meeting as the head of the ECB. Draghi's press
conference will be at 9:30 AM ET.
Chinese PMI for its non-manufacturing sector fell to 57.7 in October, from
59.3 the previous month. Input prices for the service sector fell to 55.7 in
October, from 59.9 the previous month indicating that inflation is cooling.
Initial jobless claims fell by 9,000 to 397K, against expectations of a
drop to 400K. Q3 Non-farm business productivity grew 3.1%, while labor costs
unexpectedly fell 2.4% >
In earnings news Kraft Foods posted a 22% increase in Q3 net income to $922
million or $0.52 per share, on revenue of $13.23 billion. Earnings beat
expectations and Kraft raised its full year outlook. Meanwhile, Whole Foods
posted Q4 net income of $0.42 per share in line with estimates, but same-
store sales missed expectations. Starbucks, Chesapeake Energy and PG&E also

BNP Paribas posted a 72% drop in Q3 net income to 41 million. The bank
took a .26 billion pre-tax writedown on Greek sovereign debt. The company
however said it was profitable and the stock is up 4.8%.
Nearly 4,500 people were marching on the Port of Oakland and the Occupy
Oakland protests turned violent as many took to vandalism. Dozens have been
arrested after protestors started fires and used homemade bomb launchers on

感觉大家对不同年龄亚男的差别都比较了解了吧，就不用多说了。
根据我的经验跟我对理工科白男的了解，感觉白男不同年龄段的差别很大。
目前觉得如果真要选的话最好从年轻的白男里面挑选慢慢培养。年纪大的白男思想定型
了而且鬼精鬼精的脸皮都还特别厚。
工作社交上接触到的年龄在50+-60+名校理工科出身事业有成混到vp，founder之类的白
男如果还在actively dating，最好能躲多远躲多远。基本上都是脸皮厚，自我感觉不
要太好而且非常贱。不是特别arrogant就是特别有entitlement。有些是哪怕你告诉他
你不available他们都要take chance，特别不要脸。但是对付的方法也简单，就是不要
给机会，该装傻的时候装傻。
40+混到director level的白男很多也是同样情况，所谓的white privilege还是在big
corporate很明显，所以不要给机会不要搭理。同理见top hospital的医生们，都是很
贱的多。所以要小心不要踩雷。好的还是有的但是要慢慢仔细选，不然很容易筛选到奇
葩。
我曾经跟一个名校理工男白人一起工作过，那人是vp level，特别喜欢找从亚洲各国来
的亚裔女，同时对自己的艳遇各种吹嘘。当时听的三观尽毁，当然他身边不缺年轻亚裔
女友。我很庆幸自己脑子清楚，跟他保持了适当的距离。那段经历搞的我很长时间特别
不愿意date白人。
再说下27+-30+的白人吧，感觉这个年龄段的是最容易筛选到合适的人的年龄段。因为
有些愿意settle down的在这个时间也就settle down了。特别是那些受过高等教育的，
刚开始为了学业事业拼搏，刚刚ready可以成家了，还是很愿意真心的有段感情成家的
。当然这里面鱼龙混杂，但是这个年龄段的绝对是最适合结婚的年龄段，也是最有可能
找到合适人选的年龄段。我觉得其实找一个善良的人慢慢去磨合比找一个看上去光鲜但
是不想settle down的男人要好得多。还有就是合适的职业上比如码工男，geeks，其实
他们中间分两大类。一大类就是那种特别内向感情经历很少的，那类人抓到好的很容易
一起生活下去。而且他们对生活要求相对没有那么高，属于经济适用男。这类男人很多
白女往往不喜欢，觉得没情趣。还有一类理工男是比较social非常street smart那种
alpha male，这类男的比较难驾驭同时心眼很多。基本上很会讨女生喜欢会聊天会知道
如何让女生feel comfortable，但是问题就是他们可能对谁都这样，就是Hunter心态，
你也许就是他的一个猎物而已。这种男人我一般都是不得罪也不靠近，作为朋友的话可
以学到很多东西。但是我知道我是不会跟这类男人date的。当然我觉得我事业刚起步的
时候遇到的都是这类alpha男，跟他们学到很多东西，我也很庆幸自己没上套。
