EE Phd，现在在大公司工作了3年,属于NSC
8 个publication，其中一个journal，引用比较弱，包括自引大概40，
conference review ~30, journal review ~30
在公司file了4个patent，3个grant，其中一个已经在产品中用了，还有一个年底要
publish，也在产
品里用了，这个应用让公司大头写推荐信证明是不是就可以了。
公司说可以办eb1,这个过的可能性大么，是不是同时file一个niw保险一点？

背景不错，别claim引用就行了，反正只需要2项
可以搞NIW，反正就700块钱
当然如果你eb1直接pp，可以等结果出来再说，因为你niw也需要推荐信，假设推荐信到
位了公司花3个月准备PL，你自己写niw的PL需要一个月，那实际也就省了2个月，意义
不是很大

多谢多谢，那我在推荐人和推荐信的选择上，是不是要注意点什么？我看这里大家都是
高引用，然后找引用的人写推荐信，我引用不高，如果找人吹我的paper，是不是和我
的引用反而不匹配了？

除了佳能和宾德的不看，剩下的几家查不多都看看。索尼，尼康，富士，mirrorless，
photo。

可以吹应用啊，说你的东西重要，意义大
推荐信里面不要提及eb1，就说comment on Dr.xxx's outstanding scientific
contribution之类的不涉及eb1或者niw的用语就行了
你可以不跟律师讲你要申niw，律师给你起草的信里面如果有eb1的字样，你给推荐人签
字的时候改掉就行了
