7月中file的eb1a, non-pp.
十月初在旧网站 https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/landing.do 上刷出RFE，显示9
月29号已经寄出RFE。但是到现在还没有收到信。
但在新网站 https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/ 中，到现在还是显示 'case was
receieved'。昨天又收到uscis的邮件：
We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time. We
will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your
case on July 18, 2018
鉴于到一直没有收到纸质的RFE letter,这个RFE会不会是USCIS的一个乌龙？
