我在政府工作申请一个工资比我目前低但比较有发展的职位,但却被拒了。允许我写个
要求的信件,内容如下:

Your application for this examination has been reviewed to determine if you
meet the minimum requirements. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your
application at this time for the following reason(s):
This examination would not result in a promotion for you. However, if you
are applying for this examination to seek employment with the Department of
XXXX or to gain more promotional opportunities, please submit your request
in writing and state your reason(s).
....If you believe that the information you provided on your application has
been misinterpreted or has been incorrectly calculated, and you would like
the Personnel Department to reconsider your application, you may submit your
concerns in writing within 10 calendar days. No additional or new
information, beyond the information that was submitted with your application
, will be taken into consideration."
我以前没有写过类似的文章,求教该如何下手,另外,我有个同事和我同样背景一起申
请却没有被拒,
我可以在信中指出这一条吗?措辞怎样才算得体呢?
