我借了，用来cover一部分急需的cash。多长时间还回去你可以选择1年5年10年。 利息
还是付给自己的401k帐号，相当于你自己多存一些钱给自己。 我觉得如果缺现金的话
，不失为一个好办法。

There is no penalty for a loan from your 401K account. You just need to pay
the interest but it will go to your own account anyway. So if you need money
to buy a house, it is a good choice. I myself did it in 2010. Now look at
back, it is worthwhile. Even I have to pay interst, the house price rised a
lot.

401K贷款听上去很美，其实很糟。首先，钱借出来后401K里免税的投资回报没有了。其
次，坏事总是一起发生的。如果万一财务出现问题，无法按时还款，IRS可能会视作
