Luckily, I managed to have him refund me on Jun09 for our failed transaction
on Jun06. After scandal exposure, nobody reported to receive refund yet. If
I am still the victim, I will have him pay the price, money or some quality
time.

不还钱，拖延时间跑路，是一定的。从不相信骗子+赌徒的话。

现在还钱没还钱，似乎都没有苦主上来反映情况了。我们在这猜测也没用。即使苦主们
报警了，也许警察还处于收集证据阶段。不知道有没有成功与当事人沟通过的苦主。
