You just need to find someone in your law school who is willing to help.
Engineering students use CPT all the time. I don't see anything so
different that would prevent applying the same rationale to international
law students.
I am sure engineering students in your school use CPT as well. If necessary
, use that as your precedent in persuading a kind professor/dean to help you.
