1. Is it possible to file a medical malpractice lawsuit. I believe the doctor
had made mistakes. And if anyone knows any good lawyer in Chicago area?

This could be a hell of case and win a lot of money for your family. You may
refer to the yellow page of Chicago to get some lawyers in medical malpractice
or go to www.martindale.com to find one in this area. Be careful to talk to a
couple of lawyers before signing the lien to make sure you get the right one
and the most competent one.
