方黑们恶毒攻击给方舟子捐款的人，迫使人家为了躲避谩骂改微博名，改头像。
结果方黑却借此造谣方舟子伪造微博。
无耻的方黑。
不过等到真相出来脸被痛扇时，不过是止增笑而。

I listened to a WBUR talk show on this topic yesterday or the day before
yesterday. it's available online. The program is called "The Connection"
hosted by Dick Gordon. It's searchable by date or topic.
The issue is whether the judge should declare a mistrial because of the
alleged hostility between juror #4 and the other ones.
There's very little you can do to jurors. Maybe contempt of court.

说实话，我认为提出这个指控是合理的，因为方舟子确实是假转发，当然现在能澄清更
好，希望这个澄清让大家都看到。方舟子老师既然有中国灯谜的小号玩自问自答，怀疑
他有其他小号不是很正常么？

It was claimed that the juror (or the others?) was not delibrating in good
faith, and that a verdict might not be reachable. I think it is normal,
even if it leads to no verdict. But making a public gesture and inviting
media scrutiny? I think the juror might be out of line.
I heard on TV people would solicit jurors's opinions after trials, and
their words could be used to appeal. The lawyer's advice to jurors: shut
up. It seems jurors could get into trouble if they choose to be careless.
