我是昨天签的APT lease交了第一个月的房租, 昨晚发现bedroom窗外有个变压器很吵。
今天去找他们告知不能换不能退。恳请帮忙看看如何才能back off from APT lease,
多谢！
如果我现在叫银行stop payment，是不是要去court，能不能赢？

如果签lease前房东没有故意隐瞒情况，lease肯定有效，你不能单方面撤吧

You are probably not able to be back off.
Try to negociate with the landlord to figure out an alternative: such as
changing to another apartment; breaking the lease without or with low
penalty etc.
Do not try to stop the payment and put yourself in an fault position.
