1. 没有法律学位的话，是不是考过patent bar exam就可以pratice了
2. 如果在commercial entity考的话，报名费是不是40+200？
3. 每天都可以考呢？还是一年两次统考？
4. 上辅导班有用吗？作用大吗？

1. You would be a patent agent but not a patent attorney. You cannot
practice law.
3. You can take it any time you want to.
Don't know about 2 or 4.

answer to 3, any date you want to, if you can reserve a spot on your local
test center
answer to 4, review course helps a lot. PRG's patent bar review course is
highly recommended-but still need to study over 150hours or more to pass and
practice

要150个小时？一天花一个小时，那就是半年啊。。。
