本人一个月前在网上购买了Beker CPA review 2007 版 ( 不是从Beker网站).该软件从
未使用过而且价钱不贵。直到最近打开使用，才发现不能upgrade Audit data CD "B"
version . 去了Beker网站也没有07年 software update. 现在已经不能退货了。
请问那位高手知道如何 upgrade Audit data CD "B". 感谢中！

今天收到了USPTO的approval letter，批准了我的patent bar exam申请。我在IP firm
用OPT工作，今年的H1B也批准了，但是之前听说OPT期间USPTO可能会拒绝申请，所以寄
出申请以后一直有点担心。过了整整一个月，今天终于收到批准了。看样USPTO还是比
较reasonable的。
在申请材料里面，我把所有的H1B申请材料和批准材料，加上firm的supporting letter
都附上，可能有所帮助。

一定记住告诉医生先不用"血液透析“，一定先试”腹膜透析“，如果不行再用血液透
析。
请记住，一但开始血液透析病人便没有尿液，没有尿液就不能用腹膜透析了，那么必须
经常去医院血液透析，很痛苦.
我母亲曾经患尿毒症，用腹膜透析坚持了9年，一直有尿液，而且生活质量比较高，但
最后一年腹膜老化，不得已用血液透析，最后...

got some some help in Accounting club, but still confused regarding #5.
Her explaination is:
Average cost falls as output expands. This is the reason that there is a
natural monopoly, since the average cost decrease as output increase.
But the book (Becker CPA B2-47, 2007 edition)says, The average total cost (
ATC) curve is U-shaped. At low levels of output average total costs are high
because average fixed costs are high. As output increases, average fixed
costs fall and thus average total cost
Her explaination is:

I anwer it myself anyway. I could not update from Becker website. if you
have friend has 07 version and updated it for audit Section B, it can be
used for 2 weeks after installation of Course CD.

我也有同样的问题，不过反正我的时间很紧，我就不做sectionB 的题了，Lecture也只

Even H1B is not enough if you are not working in IP/Patent field. MPEP has
explantion.

版上以前有帖子讨论过，结论是最好直接打电话去问。或者就试着申请一下，最多损失
$40。

re, 跟寄托LSAT一样，真题永远是王道。别嫌烦，能找到的旧题至少做2遍，要是还没
吐就做个第3遍。非常有帮助。

the patent bar exam is to test your understanding and familiarity of MPEP.
only working on old exams won't help you much. get some review materials
and read them.
G/T and LSAT are very different from the patent bar exam. there's a book
you much study: MPEP. There's none for G/T or LSAT.
