Responsibilities:
Interfacing with systems architect or client stakeholders. The hardware
architect also needs to interface directly with a software architect or
engineer(s)
•Generating the highest level of hardware requirements, based on the

Description
The Professional Lighting Solutions is one of the business groups in Philips
Lighting, which targeted for the one lighting offering for indoor and
outdoor markets. Category CSS (controls, systems and services) targets for
the all the lighting segments e.g. office, industry, retail, hospitality,
outdoor etc. via intelligent and networked solutions to control all the
lighting sources and electronics. As one of the most important developments
centers in Philips Lighting, GDC (global development center) Shanghai is
also working on global controls program, focusing on the indoor standalone,
and outdoor systems in APR, NA and EMEA markets.
The Sr. HW engineer need have a strong and in-depth technical understanding
on general electronics knowledge (analog / digital / power / controls).
Has rich experience in product development process, including customer
requirement management, schematics / PCB design, quality testing execution,
components selection, generating documentations etc. He should have
experience in cross-function project team, and would be better with global
project experiences.
The candidate will directly report to the Sr. Manager of Controls, and work
closely with other team members on the Controls product development.
Job Responsibility
•Circuit/schematic design, component selection, and layout of:
•Analog and digital embedded systems, including ICs/microprocessors,
isolated and non-isolated power supplies and power converters
•Simulation capability to support the design on: power switching, gate
drive circuits, analog and sensing circuits
•Write and contribute to quality test plans, customer requirement
specifications
•Design, implement, debugging using test benches and equipments
•As part of project team, take lead in electronics design on Controls
products. And cooperate with all the team members to generate deliverables.

- Be an expert on standards and approbations on control systems
- Be an expert for the applicable standards to interpret to STL, R&D or

control products
- If necessary, get the testing lab certified on capability of lighting

with standards.

- Support to work out solution in case there is failure in testing or

- Drive innovations and technical contributions to comply with (new)
standards.
- Keep close monitor or participating in standards/ approbation update,
and keep the internal R&D and market informed for early preparation.
- Actively participant in standards set up or updated on behalf of GDC
- Keep close communication with global Controls organization on lighting
control standards
- Actively participant in the new local standard setup or update.
- Communicate new local Standards and regulation to global Controls
organization
- Be expert to interpret the (new) standards and regulations to GDC team
- Maintain the relationship with external standard organizations and 3rd
party approbations organization.
Requirements:
•Bachelor degree in industrial control, Automation, or electronic
engineering or equivalent
•> 5 years experience in R&D or Standardization and Regulation on
control products (Wireless, and PowerLine carrier technology)
•Knowledge of network and wireless communication technology is a
strong plus
•Strong research skills on Standards
•Eager to learn new things
•Good organizational and communicating skills
•Good team work spirit and adaptability

发现现在跟人打交道不能太仁慈啊，越是让步别人就越是得寸进尺了！
不要相信网上说的什么心灵鸡汤要多么多么的宽宏大量之类的，真的不是宽宏大量能解
决的。
尤其是别人提出来的要求，不要轻易的答应。
还有帮忙也不能随意的帮忙。
不是说没有爱心了，而是真的有时候帮的太多了是给自己找麻烦。
自己的时间都耽误了，别人却会在下一次提出来更为过分的要求。
找你帮忙，本来就是没有任何回报的，偶尔帮一次也就是够意思了，又不是很好的朋友
，只是认识的关系而已，但是你答应的太痛快了，有时候这些人就觉得求你办事很容易
，就没完没了的！！
代购就是这样的，也不管你是不是麻烦，占用了你多少时间，就好像你代购根本不用费
时间，也不用费精力也不费任何东西就购到了。
或者让你给查一个什么东西也是这样的，他们要旅游拜托你给查一个路线，不只是路线
要合理，还要查各种好玩的，好吃的，浪费我很多时间，结果把路线给人家的时候，只
是简单的说了句谢谢，然后还要求我再把景点部分写的详细点！！！！
已经占用我很多时间了好么！！！真好意思再继续提要求呢！！！
