齐豫1987年推出的《Stories》英语歌翻唱专辑别出心裁，一举走红，其中翻唱Elain
Paige的《Memory》、翻唱Don Mclean的《Castle in the Air》、翻唱Blast的《
Unknown Musician》、翻唱Joan Baez的《Diamond and Dust》、翻唱Modern Talking
的《Like a Hero》等等都成了齐豫的标志歌曲。
专辑以Stories命名，此曲又排在专辑之首，显得分量很重。查得原曲为法国女歌手
Viktor Lazlo（该艺名来自电影《卡萨布兰卡》）1985年的专辑《She》中的一曲，由
Lazlo与人合写并编曲制作，分英法两个版本（法语版名为Canoë Rose）。这张爵
士流行风格的专辑颇受好评；Lazlo演绎的《故事》，是人间烟火女子的伤情：
